Additional motions to be discussed:
Motion brought forth by Martin Launiere on 21 Sep 2023
Motion - To nominate Mr Gerald Gosselin (Past GCGH President) as the Chairman for this years AGM.
Reasoning - According to the current Bylaws article 10.07, the chairman of the AGM is to be the corporation's president. However, for this years AGM it would be best that a non member be allowed to oversee the AGM to ensure the order is kept and an efficient AGM is carried out. The member being proposed is the past-president of the GCGH and is selected due to their knowledge, understanding and proceedings of the corporation.

Second - John Bower

Motion - To add in the policy that no board member or board member spouse can fill a head coach position.
